Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “GTC”) apply to all legal transactions concluded via the online store “flexiblewood.store” of dukta GmbH. With the purchase or order, the GTC of dukta GmbH are considered as agreed. dukta GmbH reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be accepted.
Delivery
We always deliver directly from our warehouse in Zurich Altstetten. After receipt of order/payment, the internal processing of an order until posting usually takes a maximum of 6 working days (no processing on Saturday, Sunday and holidays!). After the internal processing, the shipment will be made with “PostPac Economy” (delivery time from posting 2-3 working days) unless otherwise specified. In the event of delays in delivery, we inform quickly as possible, usually by mail, to the e-mail address provided by the customer. We assume no liability in case of delayed delivery by the post office. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient.
Reservation of ownership
We retain ownership of the purchased item until receipt of all payments under the contract.
Shipping costs
We charge a shipping fee of CHF 9.- per domestic order for shipping by “PostPac Economy”. Additional costs shall be borne by the customer. For deliveries abroad, the full shipping costs are charged to the customer. A delivery abroad is only possible after prepayment. Customers will receive an invoice with the actual costs. Any special handling and customs costs and the value added tax of the recipient country shall be borne by the customer.
Exchange/Misdeliveries
Incorrect deliveries must be reported within 8 days. If a delivery correctly made by us is returned or not picked up, we will charge a handling fee of CHF 20. In addition, all costs incurred by us will be charged, including shipping costs, return postage and any additional costs.
Exchange is possible only by prior arrangement within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Only goods in perfect condition can be returned. A copy of the invoice/delivery bill must be enclosed with the return delivery. In the case of a return, the full shipping costs remain owed. Unstamped returns will not be accepted.

Payment
We deliver in Switzerland after payment by PayPal or prepayment by e-banking. The data transmission takes place in encrypted form. Deliveries beyond the Swiss border are made only against prepayment plus the effective shipping costs. After ordering, we will send an invoice for the advance payment by e-mail with all costs incurred. Any customs duties, handling costs and taxes will be charged to the customer.
Privacy
The recorded data will be stored and forwarded to affiliated companies in the context of order processing, if necessary. We treat your personal data confidentially and do not sell them to third parties.
Place of performance and jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising between the parties is Zurich, Switzerland. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
