The casing of these cylindrical pendant lights is made of a single strip of incised birch plywood and has a diameter of 15cm. The flexible wood is held together with neat metal clips around a transparent acrylic glass disc. Through the incisions in the wood, the light source casts a wonderfully decorative shadow, eliciting warm golden tones from the wood. The striking combination of a highly technical manufacturing process, natural material and simple design characterizes this pendant lamp.
